My Account

Do I have to register for an account to make a purchase?

Account registration is not required to make a purchase and you are able to make a purchase as a guest, however we recommend it so that you can easily make quick purchases in the future and opt in to receive our newsletter filled with promotions and new items.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order, it cannot be cancelled. After you receive your order, if you find problems please refer to the Return Policy.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, no. Our printing process is pretty much automated - so once your order is in the system, we can’t really go in and make changes to it.

I have a discount code. How do I use it?

When you’re checking out, you will see a box to the right of the screen titled “Discount Codes”. Enter your discount code in the box and click “Apply”.

I received the wrong product. What do I do now?

We’re sorry about the mix-up. Your satisfaction is most important to us and we will do everything we can to fix this quickly. Please contact customer services at customerservice@createartandgifts.com and allow us to make this right.

I received a damaged/ defective item. What do I do?

We want you to be happy with your order. If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us at customerservice@createartandgifts.com and we will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. Please note: We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the original image file or decisions made by the customer after the order was placed.

  3. As much information as you can about what was incorrect about your order.
Replacements also require our 4-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e., UPS Ground, UPS 2Day, or UPS Next Day Air).

How can I return a purchase?

Items without Personalization

We will gladly accept the return of any item you purchased in its original, unmarked and unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date. A full refund, less 10% restocking fee and less shipping charges, will be promptly issued to your credit card. Contact us at customerservice@createartandgifts.com.

  3. As much information as you can about what you are unhappy about with your order.

Personalized Items

We want you to be happy with your order, however items that have your custom imagery and/or text are not returnable unless they were damaged in shipping or contain a manufacturing defect. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on flaws in the customer photo file or decisions made by the customer after the order was placed. Please see how we take care of Damages/Defects.

How do I receive my order confirmation?

After you place your order, you should receive an email order confirmation from customerservice@createartandgifts.com.

What happens if I don’t receive an order confirmation?

Sometimes our order confirmation emails go to your junk email. Try checking your junk email folder. If you still can’t find your order confirmation email, email customerservice@createartandgifts.com and we will be happy to resend your order confirmation email.

Do I receive an update once my order has shipped?

Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from customerservice@createartandgifts.com with tracking information for your order.

What happens if I don't receive a shipping update?

Sometimes our shipping update emails go to your junk email. Try checking your junk email folder. If you still can’t find your shipping update email, email customerservice@createartandgifts.com and we will be happy to resend your shipping update email.

Where is my order? I still haven't received it.

Our production time is three days so If you have placed your order three days ago or earlier, then most likely it’s already on its way. You should receive it within 14 business days depending on your destination and the shipping method you opted for. You can track your order from the Track your order link on our website or through the links sent to you via e-mail when you placed your order. Alternatively, email us at customerservice@createartandgifts.com and we will track it for you.

Payments

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via our secure checkout. Additionally we accept payment through PayPal. We do NOT accept phone orders, checks by mail or bitcoin.

My Photos

Can I use CreateArtandGifts.com to store my photos?

When you create an account with CreateArtandGifts , the photos you upload and the projects you save are NOT stored unless you complete your item and make a purchase of that item. We then will keep that file on our secure servers for 30-60 days to help facilitate easy replacements as needed due to unforeseen damages in shipping/ manufacturing. Please see details about how long we keep your images.

What file types/formats do you accept?

For the best quality for photo customizable products, please follow these requirements:
  • It must be an image format of a JPEG or TIFF.
  • The resolution must be more than 150ppi.
  • Or the size should be more than 200KB.

What is the image size and resolution you recommend for getting great prints and personalized photo products?

We recommend that your image resolution be at least 200 DPI (the higher the better) to ensure your products are of the highest quality. We typically process orders at 300 DPI.
Also, please keep in mind the pixel requirement - you can determine the resolution for your image by multiplying the number of pixels per inch by the size of the image that you would like to have printed. Let's say, you want to print an 8X10 picture at 300 DPI, for example. The ideal pixel requirement for this print would be (8x300) x (10x300), that is, 2400x3000, to make a really good quality 8x10 print.

Tax

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be collected if your order is being delivered to Kentucky.

Privacy Policy

Is my personal account information safe?

Yes. We value credit card security and have taken precautions to ensure that your payment information is processed confidentially and securely. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all ordering information (name, address, credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers located at restricted-access sites.

How long do you keep my images on your server?

Createartandgifts.com will keep any uploaded and ordered images on our servers 30-60 days after your order. This is to help facilitate quick and easy replacements to you if there is every any issue related to shipping damages or quality of the prints. Due to the on demand nature of our manufacturing, all orders will ship from CreateArtandGifts.com within 3-4 Business Days. You can, however specify how fast your order’s transit time.

Standard Shipping – 5-7 days transit time. Ship to street addresses.
